BIG PIMPIN'

Production
Notes:
Shot in Indianapolis
and Las Vegas in 2000.
The footage
from Las Vegas was actually first not intended for "Big Pimpin".
It was actual footage of Those Guys (and women) out on the town
for Halloween.
Chris and Weston
(Tyrone) shot their scenes after flying in from Los Angeles. Ain
shot John O'Connor's (White Chocolate) scene in Chicago.
Ward did not
even know that he was in "Big Pimpin'" until it's release.
Big Pimp's ho
is Ain's real life wife, Tammy Hollis Embry.
Ben Rose use
to work with Chris, Ain, and Dan at the Indianapolis news station,
WTHR Ch. 13.
Most of the
costumes in Vegas were bought at thrift stores. Ward's suit actually
belonged to his grandfather.
Chris started
with a whole watermeleon to begin with, but after numerous takes,
it was half eaten by the time he got the scene right.
Chris shaved
the bottom half of his goatee prior to shooting his scenes.
Dectectives
Elmondo Jones and Norman Kline are characters taken from "Police,
Man", shot a year earlier.
In an outtake,
Tammy actually punched Ain in the face in the downstairs basement
scene.
Those Guys used
a stunt double for Chris when Big Pimp was thrown in the pool. Chris
was in LA, so Ain used his younger brother, Clay.
The scene where
Ain says "We'd like a table for three hardcore mutha fucka's
and two ho's" was actually said to a hostess at a restaurant
at the Stratosphere.
