March, 1956...
While attempting to invent duct tape, Ain Embry accidentally
created what would later become "Video Tape." Not knowing
what to do with his new invention, Embry collaborated with Dan Chesterfield
and Chris Ley. Together they were able to develop the first video
camera and pioneer video production.
At the same time, Ward Poulos and Weston Radcliffe
were lost in a haze of PCP and loose women. During one of their
frequent 'sessions' they had a fantastic simultaneous vision of
all machines being connected and functioning as one with the universe.
This idea with the help of Al Gore, led to the creation of the Internet.
In 1980, the five members of Those Guys met at a strip
club in Indiana where they came up with the idea of streaming video
images over the Internet. After becoming tired of toothless women
in G-strings, the comedy quintet went back to Dan's place and made
skits on their "Video" equipment and "streamed"
it over the "Internet". The rest is history.
